You will need to bring:

Packed lunch

Water bottle

Yoga mat and/or blanket or large towel for lying on the floor

Firm cushion/s and/or folded blanked or towel for sitting on the floor

Perhaps a wrap or blanked in case it gets cool

Chairs are available but need a cushion.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing; and shoes that are easily slipped off and on.

Self serve tea and coffee making will be provided.

Please arrive by 9.50 am so that you have time to settle and take your seat before we begin at 10 am. The program will end at 4 pm.

Throughout the day I will offer instruction (including some theory) and guide participants through a variety of formal and informal mindfulness practices – including mindfulness of the body and breath, mindful eating and walking and sitting meditation.

For you, it is mostly a day of silent practice.
